India is charting new territory with the Indian Golf Premier League (IGPL), the countryÔÇÖs first franchise-based golf league.

Scheduled to debut in January 2026, the format will feature six teams, each with 10 players, competing in a home-and-away style tournament over four weeks.

With Yuvraj Singh serving as a co-founder and brand ambassador, the IGPL could bring a new level of visibility, fan engagement, and commercial momentum to Indian golf.
